I love experimenting with nice creams. The most simple base for that is banana. Bananas tend to go bad quickly, so if I see a couple of overripe bananas on my counter, I always freeze them. That way when I crave an ice cream, I always have the base to make it. It is naturally sweet, just the right sweetness amount, real ice cream texture without adding anything but fruit. Perfect!

How do I freeze the bananas?
I find it best to peel the banana and then chop or tear them apart Into small pieces rather then freeze them whole. That way you can control the amount of your nice cream better.
What do I need?
For two two big portions:
4 middle sized frozen bananas
1 ripe peach
50 gr. raspberries
Instructions
Place the frozen banana pieces along with peach ( seed removed) and fresh raspberries into a powerful blender or food processor. Blend until the preferred an ice-cream like consistency. I like when there are still some small pieces of peach and raspberry, not completely smooth.
Either serve immediately or keep in the fridge for a short period of time before serving.
Notes :
Nice-creams tend to melt quickly.
High-speed blenders create heat from super fast blade spinning, which can contribute to quicker melting of the frozen bananas.
I served it without toppings, but you can tope it with:
a syrup
nuts
berries
mint
Enjoy!
