Green beans - Asian style

This recipe makes the green beans stand out and opens up the garlicky and salty flavor! So rich and fits perfectly well with rice or as a side dish to any meal.



What do i need?


  • Green beans

  • Tamari or soy sauce or coconut aminos

  • 1-2 gloves of garlic (depends on how much you like)

  • Sesami seeds (optional)

How long does it take?


15 minutes for steaming the beans

2 minutes to peel and crush the garlic


Process:


  1. Steam beans in a steamer for 15 minutes

  2. Crush some garlic in the garlic press or chop finely

  3. When the beans are soft enough remove the access water and add the garlic and 2 tbsp.of tamari

  4. Toss well while hot (it is important to add the Ingrediens to the hot beans so that the flavours mingle together.

Serve as a side dish or main course with rice.
