Green beans - Asian style

This recipe makes the green beans stand out and opens up the garlicky and salty flavor! So rich and fits perfectly well with rice or as a side dish to any meal.

What do i need?
Green beans
Tamari or soy sauce or coconut aminos
1-2 gloves of garlic (depends on how much you like)
Sesami seeds (optional)
How long does it take?
15 minutes for steaming the beans
2 minutes to peel and crush the garlic
Process:
Steam beans in a steamer for 15 minutes
Crush some garlic in the garlic press or chop finely
When the beans are soft enough remove the access water and add the garlic and 2 tbsp.of tamari
Toss well while hot (it is important to add the Ingrediens to the hot beans so that the flavours mingle together.
Serve as a side dish or main course with rice.
